Summary:
This role is to ensure compliance with P.R.C. accounting laws and regulations, maintain accurate financial reporting and records, and facilitate communication with clients and relevant authorities, supporting the company's financial integrity.
Principal accountabilities:
- Ensure compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes, and rules of accounting.
- Prepare proper and accurate accounting and reporting in accordance with company standards and per client’s requirements.
- Prepare proper filing for all clients' vouchers, records, and other related documents.
- Be responsible for communication with various clients, government authorities, and other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks, and CPA firms.
- Other tasks assigned by the company.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Reasonable time management, especially able to work under tight schedules.
- Experience in UFIDA U8 accounting software or other ERP software.
- Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation.
- 3-5 years of full-time related working experience or experience in the accounting service firm with a similar role will be a plus.
- Business analysis and budget forecasting skills will be a plus.
- Experience in reviewing junior accountant work will be a plus.
