Summary:

We’re looking for an ambitious candidate who holds relevant experience in the professional advisory sector having managed the provision of corporate services to a client portfolio. You will directly liaise with clients for recurrent services or new requests and coordinate our support through internal departments for the following key aspects:

  • Company Incorporation & Licenses Applications;
  • Accounting Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting and Taxation Services;
  • HR & Payroll Solutions;
  • Overall Compliance & Regulatory Filings.

 

Principal accountabilities:

  • Provide high quality service & advice as first contact for clients and support colleagues with overall understanding of the clients’ needs.
  • Handle full suite incorporation & business support services for clients, including monitoring the overall compliance status, budget and financial situation of their Chinese subsidiaries.
  • Provide professional guidance to clients on accounting, tax, legal/compliance, treasury and HR matters.
  • Commit to service excellence and overall project delivery by answering client inquiries and concerns while abiding to the company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Frequent communications with clients via face-to-face meetings, conference calls, emails, or phone calls.
  • Business development on existing clients to increase the number of active services on each entity we manage.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law & Economics.
  • Basic knowledge of local and international accounting and taxation and ability to read Financial Statements of a Company are a MUST.
  • Proven work experience in a client facing function for a consulting company with the ability to draft complex e-mails to clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving attitude through proactive outreach under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Effective listening skills with outstanding customer-centric focus and a passion for details.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin communication skills are a MUST, fluency in Italian, French, German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package, SharePoint, Client Relationship Management Systems and basic Cybersecurity principles.
  • Well-mannered, fast-learning and able to process several complex requests at the same time.
  • Able to work independently, delegate tasks to junior colleagues while effectively prioritizing between internal and external duties.
