Responsibilities

As Head of Corporate Services in the UK, Rebecca leads a team of highly experienced professionals to ensure delivery of a comprehensive range of corporate services. This includes company incorporation, company secretarial and governance services, as well as accounting and tax compliance services to start ups, SMEs and international businesses.

Rebecca also leads key client relationships across a range of industry sectors including high-end real estate and retail, building both trusted and long-standing links. Rebecca also provides governance support including acting as a client director on key client structures.

Before joining Hawksford, Rebecca had 15 years practice and industry experience, starting her career within audit where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in a range of industries primarily focused on the insurance market.

Rebecca then moved into an industry role as a finance manager for a US global consultancy business responsible for the UK statutory reporting and tax, as well as having responsibility for statutory and tax compliance for the group’s EMEA regions working closely with local accountants and tax advisers. Rebecca then joined a corporate services business where she was instrumental in establishing an international outsourcing business in the UK.
