Responsibilities

Matthew is our chief integration officer with almost 30 years’ experience in driving change. He is responsible for project managing and overseeing the successful integration of our ongoing acquisitions as well integration of existing Hawksford teams and getting the best out of our Technology and processes. Having joined Hawksford in 2009, he has held several positions within the group, including Asia COO, managing director of our China office and global head of operations. 
 
In addition, Matthew continues to lead the global operations team, where he is responsible for all data management projects and streamlining the infrastructure across the group.

Notable achievements

  • Matthew is a keen runner in his spare time, and takes part in a number of events including marathons and half marathons
