Responsibilities

Justin joined Hawksford through the group’s acquisition of ACT Management Services B.V., a niche corporate management and financial services business in Amsterdam, of which he was a director and partner.

Heading up Hawksford’s Netherlands office, Justin has extensive experience as a director of client entities, with particular expertise in compliance and due diligence, M&A activities for clients, management and financial reporting.

Before joining ACT Management Services in September 2014, Justin spent several years as a Business Unit Manager for a well-established corporate service provider in the Netherlands.
