Hawksford has been recognised for its forward-thinking approach to supporting private clients, as well as its international growth trajectory, at this year’s prestigious 2024 eprivateclient Excellence Awards.
Hawksford was named ‘Private Client Trust Company – Listed, Bank or PE Owned’ at the awards ceremony, held on Thursday 13 June in London, organised by specialist private wealth publisher eprivateclient.
In winning the award, the independent panel of judges acknowledged in particular Hawksford’s impressive growth over the past year, both organic and through a number of strategic acquisitions, which has successfully positioned the firm as a truly global player.
Now in their fourth year, the eprivateclient Excellence Awards are designed to recognise outstanding achievements across the UK and offshore private client landscape, spanning the trust, legal, tax, investment and advisory professions. This year a total of 33 firms were shortlisted for the awards across ten categories.
On winning the award, Darren Kelland, Head of Private Client at Hawksford, said:
“This award win is a fantastic endorsement of the growth journey we have been on over the past year at Hawksford, including in our Private Client division. As well as extending our international footprint, we have made great strides in enhancing our capabilities to ensure that – in line with our ‘thinking beyond tomorrow’ mantra – we are constantly pushing the boundaries to provide our clients with the very best service.
“Of course, we recognise that this accolade is really about the quality of our people and to that end a reflection of the considerable efforts we are putting in to supporting them through professional development and creating an environment where they can all thrive. It really is a team effort and I’d like to congratulate every single one of our people across all our jurisdictions for our shared success in winning this award.”
