Valextra’s range of leather products are known for their distinctive shapes, monochromatic colours, signature lacquered piping and understated elegance. The collection pieces are still constructed in Italy by expert master craftsmen and the brand continues to cater to a loyal and discerning clientele.

Their objective

As a recognised brand in Europe, Valextra identified Greater China as a substantial growth opportunity, and decided to expand its presence into this market. Valextra was looking for a professional services provider that understood the local regulations and could manage the whole process of company formation and ensure its operations complied with the Chinese market.
