Their objective

With a strong presence in China, AI Power wanted to incorporate an entity in Singapore as part of their global expansion plans. They recognised that the jurisdiction could be an excellent launchpad for their business, not least because of incentives offered by the Singaporean authorities.

The aim was to create an overseas headquarters in Singapore as a gateway to Southeast Asia and ultimately to other global regions such as the Middle East, North America and Africa.

Lacking expertise in how Singapore incorporation differed from that in China, AI Power decided to work with a third-party provider who had deep knowledge across the entire region.
