Their objective

Amann was incorporated in Hong Kong and was operating an in-house finance and accounting department. It found, however, that this wasn’t necessarily the most efficient way of working. As a result, Amann looked to outsource some of its finance functions.

When the Group became a client of Hawksford, we initially helped the business with its financial management reporting. However, after undergoing a restructure, Amann felt that outsourcing its entire accounting department would be an effective option and looked for a business to partner with. 

Our solution

Having worked with Hawksford already, Amann decided to outsource its accounting department to us entirely. Building on our existing relationship, we took over daily bookkeeping and ongoing accounting, payroll, company secretarial services and tax representation. We also assisted with day-to-day operations and advised on accounting and operational matters.
