Senior Administrator,
Private Client
The purpose of this role is to deliver high-end administration for a diverse client base, managing assets such as bonds, properties, and investment portfolios, while also overseeing charitable trusts to benefit the community and wider areas.

Summary
The successful candidate will adhere to Company policies at all times, be a great problem solver and be able to act as a mentor to the junior members of the team. You must be able to plan and organise your own work load efficiently and be comfortable to raise any issues as and when they fall due. A team player is a must, working with not only the private client team but also the supportive Hawksford teams also.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures including those of a complex nature.
- Review annual accounts on client portfolio and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information recorded.
- Maintain the highest standards of administration including the periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties.
- Draft/prepare documents i.e. minutes/resolutions/small agreements etc., as and when appropriate.
- Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers.
- Attend client meetings and be expected to develop a close working relationship with such clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Assist with the supervision and development of junior staff as required.
- In conjunction with the Team Director, cover the Manager and/or other administrators' client portfolios during holidays or sickness, if required.
- Observe CDD at all times.
- Record all time on the Company’s time recording system and ensure the narrative is clear.
- Achieve financial targets as determined by management.
- Such other duties as the management may at times reasonably require.
This type of person we are looking for:
- Proven experience, ideally in trust and company administration, financial services or legal services environment.
- Be studying/Qualified in CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualifications
- Be pro active and forward thinking
- Be able to use your initiative when handling tasks and be committed and driven to achieving excellence for yourself and our clients
- Excellent communication skills.
- Assist with the supervision and development of junior staff.
- Be confident and eager to learn.
