Principal Accountabilities

 

1. Business Development and Marketing - Singapore (50%)

  • Identify new business opportunities for Hawksford Singapore Corporate Services
  • Expand the network of intermediaries and other contacts for Hawksford Singapore
  • Lead on enquiries from prospective clients, especially on Asia markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia
  • Identify marketing opportunities including events and publications that raise profile for Hawksford Singapore
  • Assist on monthly business development meeting for Singapore Corporate Services
  • Maintain CRM record for Singapore Corporate Services

2. Client Account Management – Singapore (20%)

  • Act as key point of contact for Singapore Corporate Services clients, especially those from East Asia
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients
  • Work with internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently

3. Business Development and Marketing – Other Offices (30%)

  • Identify new business opportunities related to Asia for other Hawksford offices and services
  • Work with colleagues to co-lead on enquiries from prospective clients, especially those that require Chinese language in communication
  • Attend meetings and events to keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world that concern Hawksford
  • Contribute to strategic business development plan for Hawksford Group to grow Asia client profiles across offices

 

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 8 to 10 years of working experience with proven sales track record in corporate service or professional services firms
  • Solid network in local market
  • Able to manage coordination of complex multi-jurisdictional proposal involving multiple business lines
  • Entrepreneurial business focus, self-starter, attention to details, team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Able to “solution sell” with the ability to listen to your clients and understand what their underpinning business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin, are essential as you will need to communicate with our clients and partners in China market.
