Responsibilities

Nik is currently supervising a global team of international tax and accounting compliance experts providing services to clients in more than 80 jurisdictions. Nik’s work includes company secretarial (cosec), accounting and tax compliance, audit project management and other statutory obligations. His team of 20 professionals currently supervise and project manage more than 500 engagements globally.   

Qualifications and memberships

• BSc in accounting, tax and audit (Financial University, Moscow, Russia)  
• MSc in project management and finance (National University of Singapore, Singapore)

• Established an international team from scratch, with 15+ people now successfully project managing more than 500 international engagements
